There are different ALARMS that should go off BEFORE the crises… too often we are interceding AFTER the crises has started or even finished. But God wants us to come to a place of confirmed revelation to WELCOME the good, and BLOCK the bad.

We need Holy Ghost Weather alerts… Warning alarms…

1. Storms of God’s Judgment - Our response: A Cry for Mercy requiring brokenness and tenaciousness.

2. Storms of Dark Demonic Attack - Our response: An authoritative place of intercession, requiring faith, endurance, boldness, believing in the promises and no common ground with the enemy.

3. Storms of Consequences of Sins - Our response: Repentance requiring humility, lack of defensiveness.

Each storm requires a different biblical response, but in one way each storm requires the same response - Desperation. Ultimately every storm can redemptively be used to forge character in us and be used in the purposes of God. We must remember at all times, that all things will work together for good for those who love God and are called to His purposes.

Bob Jones prophesied the Gulf Oil spill would happen after Oral Roberts dies. Man will not be able to SOLVE the problem. And that two hurricanes would pick up the oil and bring it ashore.

We can CRY OUT for the THUMB OF GOD to cap the well. And we can CRY OUT to STOP the storms.

Tonight we cry out for CONTAINMENT… that the currents will not carry the oil further. That God gives a scientific breakthrough or supernatural intervention to stop the oil.

We also see that God is WORKING through this to bring changes to our nation in regards to government, environment, and our dependence on foreign oil.

We pray MERCY & CONTAINMENT.

Cindy Jacobs has revealed a STRATEGY that God has given her… and that BP Oil has called in for prayer!!!

Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas… the gulf states have AUTHORITY over this CRISES. The Governors need to CALL for a day of prayer and fasting for Supernatural Intervention.

Praying over all of the Gulf State leaders – Governors and all those in authority – release an entrance into every leaders heart, especially the Governors, that divine strategies would come to them. That they would CRY OUT to God for help.

We cry out to every Apostle & Prophet in the Gulf States – RELEASE THE WORD OF THE LORD!!!

We humble ourselves in the presence of God. We cry out for MERCY.

We don’t do blame shift or fault finding. We are crying out for MERCY & STRATEGY and that the world will SEE that there are things that ONLY GOD CAN DO.

We speak to the Gulf – a divine swirling motion – CONTAINMENT. A DIVINE WHIRLWIND – A DIVINE SWIRL.

Containment Containment Containment!!!

We cry out for a WINDOW of protection – HOLD OFF THE HURRICANES – nothing that would cause additional problems with the oil.

GRACE GRACE GRACE!!!

Lift your voices, lift your hands, and begin to THANK HIM…

A shaft of light has come… an open heaven… reach up into it… SHINE JESUS SHINE!!!!

The brilliance of His GREATNESS and His GLORY!!!!!

We ask the Father to place His THUMB on that oil flow now.

We ask the Father to place His THUMB on any breaches in YOUR family, business, ministry!

That A GREAT LIGHT will SHINE on you now!!! The darkness shall be dispersed!!!!

LIGHT COME… DARKNESS GO…

LIGHT OVERCOME DARKNESS…

In the deep… the deep deep deep deep… we cap off the oil spills of our lives. We cap off the darkness of generational curses, mistakes, bad judgment… and we STAND IN THE LIGHT of our FATHERS love.

James shares a MATRIX style DREAM…

In the movie the Matrix, you had to choose a red-pill or the blue-pill… but I saw two fists before me and I had to CHOOSE which fist.

I chose RIGHT fist… it turned over and opened up… a hand of blessing. It came up to my mouth. There was a pill in the hand. I had chosen right. Chosen RIGHTEOUSNESS.

There was something written on the pill… I ate the pill… I could read AWAKE! Just like Jeremiah ate the scroll.

I instantly woke up and my bedroom was filled with DESTINY. This is a dream that God wants to send to all of us… AWAKENING.

Rom 13 NIV

11 And do this, understanding the present time. The hour has come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed. 12The night is nearly over; the day is almost here. So let us put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light.

13 Let us behave decently, as in the daytime, not in orgies and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and debauchery, not in dissension and jealousy. 14Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the sinful nature.

Seven signs of being a supernatural person

1 - spiritually awake

2 - holy and clean lives

3 - seek & engage in spiritual warfare – armor of light

4 - live an open & transparent life – honesty – the world is looking for integrity – not perfection

5 - avoid carnal living – drunkenness, dissensions, etc

6 – totally trust Jesus

7 – keep your priorities right – make no provision for the carnal nature – don’t even THINK about it

OUTPOURINGS are part of this house… and have been part of OUTPOURINGS throughout all of my life.

Difference between a revival & an Awakening…

Revival is the entrance gate that revives the Church – first love – then that empowerment is suppose to take us somewhere.

Awakenings bring a SHIFT to the present CULTURE… taking the seven cultural mountains.

Prophecy to society. Bring apostolic order to governments. Sent from the Church to bring Kingdom Impact into society.

We have to have BANKS to our river… alignments, accountabilities… etc.

Revivals are generally days, weeks, months… rarely more than three years. People come from all over to CATCH the Fire; To become EMPOWERED to release Kingdom Life into society.

Renewals are generally short term.

Awakenings are generally long term.

The first Great Awakening lasted thirty years. Brought societal change. 1730-1760

James read several historical facts regarding George Whitfield and Ben Franklin.

Story… I grew up in the Jesus People Movement. I had long hair. Wore bell bottoms. Jesus Freak. Shed religion. Baptism of the Holy Spirit. Started Prophesying.

As it was in the LAST week of Jesus ministry so shall it be in the LAST DAYS of the Church.

We had a RESCUE mentality… Rapture mentality… Bachelor ‘till the Rapture Club!

Short term mindset!!!

But an awakening has a LONG TERM mindset.

You can SHIFT the culture by having a LONG TERM mindset. Kingdom thinking. Justice is the prophetic word of this generation.

A friend of mine spent some of our money on planting a tree in the front yard. I was ANGRY because Jesus was coming SOON and we didn’t need to SPEND that money.

The second great awakening…

1790-1840 50 YEARS!

Awakenings think GENERATIONALLY, not just for the moment.

Jesus is LOOKING for a people who will POSSESS THE KINGDOM.

James read some historical facts… holiness movement… societal transformation.

Awakenings include revival… but requires a LONG TERM mindset.

Take the empowerment into CULTURAL IMPACT. Change laws, government, mindsets, music, art, etc.

I believe in revival… outpourings… I love starting FIRES…

I want to be a LAMP burning bright in my generation.

But I want to raise up a people who cry out for a GREAT AWAKENING…

The Word of God is my standard… but I also get instructional – revelation dream.

We are MOVING from a NEW WINE flow to a NEW WINE SKIN movement.

Five things of an apostolic wine skin mindset… not inclusive… new wine flows…

Contain and KEEP the new wine… Five ingredients… there are more…

1 – Spiritually vibrant people

2 - Walking in organic community – relationships… structure WITH relationships

3 - Culturally relevant

4 - Kingdom minded

5 - Christ CENTERED

THEME of this conference I was a part of in February 2010 – I MUST BURN… around the clock prayer / intercession / worship / new wine…

I saw written out before my face – THE THIRD GREAT AWAKENING HAS BEGUN!!!

I love the moves of God, but I LOVE the God of the movements!

If something is to be maintained… we cannot be EVENT oriented… We have to be alert to Rom 13:11-13

Lakeland was part of the BIRTHING of the THIRD GREAT AWAKENING… as is ALL of the FIRES burning all over the world… i.e. the Student Awakening in Kansas City… etc.

Creating a CULTURE of taking the spirit of man into GOOD WORKS, where our WORKS match our FAITH…

There is SOMETHING greater coming than the Lakeland Outpouring… the THIRD GREAT AWAKENING has begun!!!
